It’s a new year, so we have plenty of virtual fitness, health, and wellness opportunities for you to immerse yourself in over the next several weeks.
Women-Only Yoga Classes: Starting Tuesday, January 31, Corynne Smith will host women-only yoga classes. Corynne is a registered yoga instructor and certified adaptive trainer. She strives to teach this practice in a versatile way that serves the needs of each yogi practitioner. During the classes, participants will move through specific yoga poses and flow, integrating breath with movement. Vinyasa yoga focuses on building strength, improving flexibility, balance, relaxation, and stress management. Corynne’s classes will take place on Tuesdays at noon ET.
Women’s Only Health & Wellness Coaching Group: Beginning Wednesday, February 1, Dr. Audrey Lee will return with a women’s only health and wellness coaching group. Dr. Lee, a sports nutrition and performance coach, will help participants set and meet health and wellness goals for the year. With the guidance of Dr. Lee, participants will dive deep into topics such as body image, creating healthy sleep habits, making daily routines, etc. Classes will take place Wednesdays at noon ET. Strength Training & Conditioning Classes: Are you looking for something different? No worries! Starting Thursday, February 2, Regina Stone will host strength training and conditioning classes. The strength training classes will help individuals of all abilities improve their physical strength and fitness. We encourage individuals of all fitness levels to attend these classes. Classes will take place Thursdays at noon ET. Click here to see a sneak peek of classes.
We encourage you to sign up for these classes. You do not need any prior experience or equipment. Our programs are designed to meet you wherever you are in your health and wellness journey.
